I have used Varsity in the past. They have always been reliable. So today, I needed a leak under my bathroom fix. A technician came. He was very friendly and courteous. After looking at the leaky pipe, he noticed that my faucet was corroded (which he relaced) and that my toilet was very outdated and wasting water. Not only did he take the time to order me a new toilet right then and had it brought to my house, he also took the time to order and replace another toilet with the same problem. In addition to that, he replaced my water heater. He was very thorough in explaining the process and price, which I thought was reasonable. He wasn't pushy at all. He gave you the option to decide what you wanted to do. He had the patience to talk to me and very respectful of any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything. I was truly amazed at the time, patience, and hard work that he put into doing everything. I was astonished that he only came to fix a leaky pipe and did what he did. He did not stop until everything was finished.. He also gave me a walk through and showed me that everything was properly working. He made sure that all boxes, old toilets, and everything was taken away. I would most definitely give him a FIVE STAR and ask for him on future jobs, if any arise. He saved the day and I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. He is top-notch. You cannot go wrong with Varsity for all your plumbing needs.

We have used Varsity Home Service 2 times in 1 week and they have helped tremendously! Our propane tank has been leaking for almost 8 months. We had it inspected by 2 other companies who found no issues. When I called Varsity, they explained how dangerous this could potentially be and had someone come out the next day. They found a leak and then upon closer observation, found 2 others. They were able to get everything fixed and performed an all around inspection just to be safe. We were also contacted throughout the day to update on the status of our appt. and to make sure myself and family were feeling ok. We also had unfortunately found a bird who was no longer alive on my back deck and being visibly upset by this, the workers graciously took care of it for me. Our hot water heater quit working. Varsity got to our job a day ahead of our scheduled appointment. The unit is in a ridiculously tight space. The team had to work carefully and patiently in order to swap out the unit and reconnect associated plumbing.
